Chair of the Independent Dispute Avoidance and Resolution (IDAR) Panel for Metro City & Southwest and Chair of the Joint Project Committees for all three Metro Projects: Jan 2019 - present.

The IDAR Panel's role is to first avoid and then, if required, assist in the resolution of disputes, and works across all the projects bar one on the City & Southwest Project. The JPC is the peak forum for Contractor's to collaborate in order to deliver high quality Metro infrastructure and places safely, on time, to the required quality and on budget.

Infrastructure SA's statutory function is to deliver high quality advice on South Australia's requirements for significant infrastructure. I chair the Assurance Committee and am a member of the Risk and Performance Committee

The group provides governance over the infrastructure component of the New Dunedin Hospital Project in NZ.

Ontoit Pty Ltd is an Advisory and Project Management firm servicing the eastern seaboard.

Former Chair of the NSW School Infrastructure Advisory Council (SIAC): July 2017 - September 2022.

Responsible for developing and providing advice to the Chief Executive of School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW), the Secretary of the NSW Department of Education and the NSW Minister for Education on matters relating to building and maintaining infrastructure as part of the network of public-school facilities in NSW.

Former Member - Sydney Metro's PRI / IMO Steering Committee

The Steering Committee was established for the procurement phases of Sydney Metro's Stage 1 Permanent Route Infrastructure (PRI-1) and Integrated Metro Operations (IMO) contracts, overseeing the Expression of Interest Phase and proposal development and evaluation phase for the IMO contract and the tender evaluation phase for PRI-1.

The Australian Council for Infrastructure Development (AusCID) was the principal industry association representing the interests of companies and organisations owning, operating, building, financing, designing and otherwise providing advisory services to private investment in Australian public infrastructure.

New Zealand Infrastructure Commission Te Waihanga Health Infrastructure Review.

I led the Health Infrastructure Review for the New Zealand Infrastructure Commission Te Waihanga (NZIC) The review recommends changes to New Zealand's health infrastructure system and proposes a revised governance model and operating structure for the Health Infrastructure Unit. Dunedin Hospital Independent Review

I led an independent review of the New Dunedin Hospital project to ensure the was set up for success and deliverable within budget. I was supported by expertise in quantity surveying and programming from firms Rawlinsons Limited and Rubix Limited respectively. The review makes recommendations around cost, project delivery, and governance.
