The IDAR Panel's role is to first avoid and then, if required, assist in the resolution of disputes, and works across all the projects bar one on the City & Southwest Project. Former Director - AusCID: February 2006 to August 2006The Australian Council for Infrastructure Development (AusCID) was the principal industry association representing the interests of companies and organisations owning, operating, building, financing, designing and otherwise providing advisory services to private investment in Australian public infrastructure.
I led the Health Infrastructure Review for the New Zealand Infrastructure Commission Te Waihanga (NZIC) The review recommends changes to New Zealand's health infrastructure system and proposes a revised governance model and operating structure for the Health Infrastructure Unit. Dunedin Hospital Independent ReviewI led an independent review of the New Dunedin Hospital project to ensure the was set up for success and deliverable within budget. I was supported by expertise in quantity surveying and programming from firms Rawlinsons Limited and Rubix Limited respectively. The review makes recommendations around cost, project delivery, and governance.
